Instead our trips are both informative and on a one to one basis. Alternatively if you are travelling to Spain we can meet you in Spain on an individual appointment.

If you see something you are interested in, we can revisit the property the following day.

We can introduce you to english speaking, spanish solicitors that will be able to give you independent legal and fiscal advice, ie.check land titles, assist you at the notary, registration etc.

We can also assist you in opening a spanish bank account, applying for a mortgage, house insurance and furniture if required.

All the properties that we offer are freehold. For new properties we only collaborate with well established constructors in the area that build quality, well finished properties. At anytime we always have a good selection of resale properties available in different locations, these have been checked and will be thoroughly investigated by your solicitor.
